Geffen, Idan

Son of Yaffa and Reuven. Born on the 24th of Sivan, June 16, 1990 in Kaplan Hospital in Rechovot. Idan enlisted in the paratroops on November 19, 2008. In August 2009 Idan moved to the 50th Battalion Of the Nahal. Idan died when he was killed while guarding his friends at the Kissufim base on the border of Gaza. Idan Geffen fell in the line of duty on the 29th of Tishrei, October 17, 2009. He was nineteen years old. He was laid to rest in the cemetery in Mivoim. He was survived by his parents and sister.
