Son of Suleiman and Naifa. He was born on 17 March 1957 in Kfar Yirka. A member of the Druze community in Israel. In his youth he was a shepherd in his village. Milham was drafted into the IDF at the end of February 1978 and served in various positions, and Melachem fell in the line of duty on April 16, 1979.
