Gavriel, Nir

Nir, son of Dorit and Yoram Gavriel, was born in Kiryat Motzkin in 1993. Nir joined the army on June 10, 2012. He was assigned to the Ordnance Corps, and after completing his basic training he was sent to an electrician course. Nir fell during his service on the 24th of Tamuz (July 2, 2013), three weeks after it was discovered that he had a serious illness. Nir was nineteen when he fell. He was buried in the cemetery in Kiryat Ata. Survived by parents and sister.
