Gamliel, Gideon


Son of Rachel and Benjamin, was born on September 1, 1955 in Tel Aviv to a religious family. Gideon acquired his basic education at the Uziel State Religious School in Tel Aviv and completed his studies at the Bnei Akiva Yeshiva in Neveh Herzog in Ashdod. In his spare time, Gideon used to solve puzzles and answer many math problems. Even as a child he was characterized by his friendly nature, his gentleness, his modesty and his attitude toward friends. Gideon expressed his strong love for the Land of Israel in his many trips. He took part in trips of the Society for the Protection of Nature in Israel and participated in many marches. At the yeshiva he was one of the best students and students. Gideon discovered talents and virtues.
