Gadiel, Zevulun Shlomo (“Schiffer”)

Gadiel, Zevulun Shlomo (“Schiffer”)

Son of Moshe and Rachel. He was born on January 13, 1947 in Kfar Sirkin. From the beginning of his education, until the seventh grade, he was there, in the moshav, and during the holidays, when he came with his mother to visit Kibbutz Sdot Yam (because his parents were friends of the kibbutz), he liked the children’s lives there. At the age of 12, his mother came to Israel, where he loved sports and belonged to Hapoel’s maritime branch, because he liked the sea very much, but it was not easy for him to integrate into the kibbutz, but after he grew up and overcame them he was accepted by society. He was involved in what was going on in the world and in what was happening in our small world, and on the kibbutz he completed his high school studies. This work required him to read extensively and meet with various personalities. Loved little children, played with them a lot and always had a smile on his lips. He was very interested in the press even though he was interested in diplomacy. In July 1965, he was drafted into the IDF as part of the Nahal Brigade and after a basic training course, he always said that a war would finally come and he waited for her and was prepared to give everything he had. On the third day of the battles, on the third day of the battles, on the slopes of Mount Eival, on the slopes of Mount Eival, during the cleansing of the resistance vessels there, he was killed and brought to rest in the military cemetery in Nahariya. On the occasion of the “Shiva” day, Kibbutz Sdot Yam published a pamphlet with several pages dedicated to Zevulun and his friend, and a pamphlet appeared in “Thirty” Submitted memory.
