Friedlin, Chaim


Son of Dvora and Meir, was born in June 1902 in the city of Zrzyn, Russia. Haim graduated from the Gymnasium in the city of Astrakhan and in 1925 immigrated to Israel, settled in Haifa and settled in the life of the Yishuv. During the War of Independence, he served in the Carmeli Brigade, held guard and defense positions in Haifa, and on 8 March 1948 he was buried in the military cemetery in Haifa.
