Frenkel, Shlomo


Son of Zvi and Pnina. He was born on February 15, 1932 in Hungary and immigrated to Israel in 1946. After immigrating to Israel, he studied at an agricultural institution and studied mainly in the field of planting flowers and ornamental trees, Mikveh-Israel “and was drafted to the IDF in May 1950. After completing his army service, he worked as a counselor and coordinator of the educational institution of” HaNoar HaOved “in Kfar Pines. On September 18, 1955, he fell in battle near Nir-Itzhak and was brought to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
