Freilich, Ayalon

Ayalon, son of Charlotte and Yiftach Freilich, was born in Kibbutz Mazhavei Sadeh in July 1975. In December 1994, Ayalon enlisted in the IDF as a combat soldier and commander.On the 13th of Tammuz (18.7.1997) Ayalon fell in the line of duty. All that day he was at a brigade meeting in Jerusalem, and at night, on his way back to the base, he was killed in a traffic accident. He was buried at Kibbutz Mashabei Sadeh cemetery and left behind his parents, two sisters and a brother.
