Frank, Siegfried

During the Second World War, he enlisted in the British Army and was assigned to the Control Unit of the Engineering Corps. He was sent to serve in Iraq, where he died on 2 Adar II, March 9, 1943. He was buried in the British Military Cemetery in Basra, Iraq, and was immortalized in the book “Yizkor” by the Jabotinsky Institute And “The Yearbook of Journalists”, 1946.
