Born in 1930 in the town of Tkirce, Turkey, to a large family, his father worked as a shochet, cantor, and mohel of the Jewish community in his hometown.Then the father died, Yitzhak’s family moved to Silvary, where he finished elementary school. When he was 14 years old, he immigrated to Eretz Israel as part of Youth Aliyah, and was sent to the Mossadien Institute in Magdiel, where he was recruited to the “Fighters for the Freedom of Israel” (Lehi) organization. His underground alias was “Judah.” Because of his activity in Lehi, he frequently disappeared from the Mossad and for this reason moved to the home of his sister Sarah, because of the secrecy of the organization, never told of his activities, but his sister knows that he was first in his position. ), Shortly after the establishment of the IDF and the mobilization of its ranks, Yitzhak was on his way to the recruitment office. Waiting for a bus at the Tel Aviv Central Bus Station, Egyptian planes came and bombed the station. Many were hurt, and Yitzhak, who helped evacuate the wounded, was killed in the second wave of bombardments. He was laid to rest in the Kfar Saba military cemetery. He left behind a mother, sisters, and brother.
