Farkash, Tom

Tom, son of Anat and Doron Farkash, was born on 18.7.1983 in Canada, and on January 9, 2002, he enlisted in the IDF. After completing a pilot course, he served as a helicopter pilot and continued his career as a lieutenant. In the Second Lebanon War, which lasted a little more than a month, Tom fell on the northern border on July 24, 2006. He was brought to rest at the Caesarea-Sdot Yam cemetery near the family’s residence in Caesarea and was raised after his fall to the rank of captain.
