Faraj, Yosef

Ben Zahara and Salmian. He was born on January 1, 1969 in the Druze village of Yanuh. The economic situation of his nine-member family was poor, and he lived on the disability pension that the father received. Joseph did his elementary studies at the state elementary school in his village. At the end of his studies, Ella studied for a year at the Amal high school in Nahariya. In May 1987 he was drafted into the IDF and served as a combat soldier in the Israel Defense Forces. He was brought to rest in the military section of the cemetery in the village of Yanuh, leaving behind his parents, three brothers – Fares, Prague and Perj and three sisters – Nadia, Nabih and Miyada.
