Falah, Ahmed
Son of Rasmia and Salah. Was born on 22 December 1962 in the Bedouin village of Ramat Heib. Ahmed attended elementary school in his village. At the end of February 1985, Ahmad was drafted into the IDF for the first time. Ahmed was called to the IDF for extended periods under permanent army conditions, always as a tracker, and in May 1986 he was promoted to the rank of sergeant. On the recommendation form, his commander wrote that Ahmed was fulfilling his duties to his full satisfaction. On 17 March 1987, Ahmad fell while serving. He died of an illness at the Elisha Hospital in Haifa and was put to rest at the civil cemetery in Porush Romana in Ramat Heib. Survived by his parents, two sisters – Sabha and Zakiya, and seven brothers – Morshed, Falah, Kassem, Mansour, Ibrahim, Muhammad and Mahmoud.
