Ezra, Herzl

Son of Pinchas and Narsia. He was born on 26 July 1951 in Zarnuga. He studied at the Chabad elementary school and at the “Amal” vocational high school in Rehovot, where he studied auto mechanics and during his high school years was active in the Gadna. He was a sports fan and was a member of the local youth center. He was drafted into the IDF in early November 1969. On June 14, 1970, he fell in the line of duty. He was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Rehovot.
