Erlich, Inbar

Bat Bella and Meir, was born on April 28, 1959 in Petach Tikvah and attended the “Neve Oz” elementary school in the city. Inbar was drafted into the IDF in late December 1977 and joined the Nahal Brigade. After completing the Seder period, she asked to leave the Nahal, because she did not find her place. She was given a request for basic training and was assigned to clerk in the Military Advocate General’s Office. Inbar was a disciplined soldier, responsible and dedicated, and stood out in her gentleness and pleasantness. On September 18, 1979, Inbar fell in the line of duty and was brought to rest in the Petach Tikva cemetery. She left behind her parents, a sister and two brothers. In a letter of condolence to the bereaved family, the commander wrote: “The officers and soldiers of the unit greatly appreciated Inbar’s devotion to the job, her decency, her nobility and her modesty.
