Elmaliach, Moshe

Son of Yaish and Simi. He was born in 1943 in the city of Casablanca, Morocco, where he studied at the “Kol Yisrael Haverim” school there and immigrated to Israel in 1955. When he arrived, he entered the religious school in Tel Hanan and then studied at the evening classes at the local club. After completing his studies there he went to Yeshiva, studied and was one of the outstanding students, devoted his entire life to his family and took care of their financial situation, and was drafted into the IDF in February 1962. On the 8th of Av 5723 (29.7.1963) he fell while fulfilling his duties and was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Haifa.
