Eliezer, Yaakov Chai

Son of Ahuva and Yitzchak. Born in Israel on the 19th of Nissan, April 11, 1974. In October 1996, Yaakov enlisted in the Israel Police. He served in the Operations Branch in the Jerusalem District. Senior sergeant Yaakov fell in the line of duty on the 21st of Adar, March 19, 2017. He was forty three years old. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl, Jerusalem.
