Eisenberg, Shimon
Son of Matityahu and Pesia. He was born on June 19, 1930, in Paris, the capital of France. His parents died in Europe in 1942, and together with his older brother and two sisters, he immigrated to Israel in 1944. He graduated from elementary school in France and studied in the high school in Givat Brenner. He also studied at the agricultural school in son of Shemen. He was deputy director of work at the quarry of Tiberias. Was drafted into the IDF in May 1948. He was killed in a battle at the Jordan River near the Sea of Galilee on 27 May 1951.
