Einav (Anavi), Itamar
Son of Avraham and Helena. He was born on February 13, 1942 in Tel Aviv. He attended elementary school. D. Gordon “in Tel Aviv and the naval officers’ school in Acre. He completed his matriculation studies in Givatayim and completed his undergraduate studies at Tel Aviv University. Itamar received his basic education from his grandfather, his grandmother and his mother, a family of maskilim from Russia. Although the language spoken at home was Russian, Itamar insisted, as a preschooler, to speak only Hebrew, and his family responded to him. His studies at the Naval Officers School were a fulfillment of an old dream: ship engineering. Afterward, he returned to theoretical studies to complete his matriculation exams. At the beginning of February 1961, he was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces and was assigned to the Signal Corps, where he took part in the Yom Kippur War in the Sinai Peninsula, where he studied economics and economics at the Tel Aviv University, And later he was awarded the title of Certified Public Accountant, who was a quiet and gentle man with a developed sense of humor, and was a responsible and devoted man to his family and friends. He was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. He left behind a wife, daughter and parents.
