Efrati, Jacob

Son of Albert and Rina. He was born in Tripoli, Libya, on September 8, 1938. His family immigrated to Israel in 1948. Yaakov attended the Shenkar Elementary School in Holon and after graduating he attended the ORT high school And later attended evening classes at the Berlitz Language School, was interested in sports, was drafted into the IDF, and during his service he reached the rank of captain. In 1965, he fell ill and a year after he was hospitalized, he died of his illness on Tuesday, October 17, 1966. He was laid to rest at the cemetery on the Holon-Bat Yam border.
