Efrati, Amos (“Kalimo”)

Son of Avraham and Samina. He was born on 28.11.1945 in Tripoli, Libya. While we were still young, in 1949, the family immigrated to Israel – and it is with it. He studied at the Yavneh Elementary School and later at the Kfar Batya High School. He loved football and belonged to a youth movement. Because of his tendency toward mechanics, he moved to the vocational high school “Horayot”. He was also a member of the Technical School of the Israel Air Force and was drafted into the Israel Air Force in November 1963. He fell during his duty on March 26, 1964, and was brought to eternal rest in the Hadera Military Cemetery.
