Edri, Eliezer

Eliezer, son of Shlomo and Sarah Edri, was born in 1935 in Paris, France. The family immigrated to Israel in 1945. The love of his people and his homeland was inherent in his blood. At the age of 17 he volunteered for Gadna-Yam and took part in its activities. Eliezer served in the navy. On the 13th of Tammuz (22.6.1956) he fell while fulfilling his duties and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Haifa.
