Dvir (Doblero), Avraham


Son of Dov and Esther. He was born on February 20, 1954 in Romania and in 1960 immigrated to Israel with his family. After graduating from elementary school in Nazareth Illit, after graduating from Ramat Hasharon, he completed his studies at the Ussishkin Elementary School, then went to the Max Payne Vocational High School and completed his studies in the electrical track at the Lady’s Vocational School He had a good temperament, quiet, intelligent, and gentle soul, and before his enlistment he completed his studies at the Air Force Technical School in Haifa and graduated cum laude with a course in electrical engineering for Mirage aircraft, He joined the IDF in early August 1972 and served in the Israel Air Force. He fulfilled all his duties with dedication and won the appreciation of his commanders. On the 8th of Sivan 5733 (June 8, 1973), Cpl. Avraham fell during his service and was brought to eternal rest in the Kiryat Shaul cemetery. In a letter of condolence to the grieving family, his commander wrote: “I was very impressed by his personality as an honest, sincere, kindhearted fellow who was willing to help someone else.
