Dror (Darwish), Sasson

Son of David and Ada. He was born on November 18, 1943, in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq. The family immigrated to Israel in 1951. After graduating from the Borochov Elementary School in Givatayim, he studied at the Dvir Gymnasium in Ramat Gan. Be devoted to his friends and loyal to them. Was conscripted into the IDF in July 1961, and the same measure of devotion and loyalty revealed to him the security of the people and the land, and on this occasion his direct commanders applauded him as a model soldier. On 25 Cheshvan (12.11.1963) he fell in the line of duty and was put to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat -Shaul.
