Dror, Dan (“Redhead”)


Son of Shalom and Ilana. He was born on February 6, 1945 in Kibbutz Manara. His father, a former member of the kibbutz, was an officer in the Haganah, and later in the IDF, with the rank of lieutenant colonel, who served in the General Staff, and even his mother, one of the first kibbutzniks. He studied at the Institute for Education in writing and prepared for the matriculation exams, and he was active in the kibbutz members’ division and worked in the movement for a group of members of the kibbutz.
