Deri, Yaakov

Son of Shem Tov and Rachel. He was born in 1937 in the city of Izhda, Morocco, and immigrated to Israel in 1950. He was drafted into the IDF in December 1955. On the 25th of Av 5716 (August 2, 1956) he fell in the line of duty and was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery Military operation on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
