Dayan, Meir (Miro)

Son of Moshe and Aliza (Alice). He was born on 18.10.1935 in Casablanca, Morocco. He completed his studies at the “Kol Yisrael Haverim” school and at the “Mother of the Boys” school. He specialized in Torah study. When he came before him to go to England to study there and become a rabbi preferred to immigrate to Israel with his parents; It was in 1955. When he arrived in Israel he began to work as a spit and thus earned a living. Much of his time was devoted to his parents whom he loved and respected. He studied Bible literature but also devoted himself to sports (soccer and fishing), and after he was drafted into the IDF in November 1956, he underwent a combat medic’s course, because he naturally liked to help others.
