David, Yaniv

Son of Hannah and Moshe. Yaniv was born on January 8, 1969 in Israel. He was born and raised in Rishon Letzion. Yaniv worked at the Municipality of the Environmental Protection Administration for thirteen years. He was a special person, brilliant and talented, with positive energies and joy of life. His rolling laughter was heard everywhere and his love for life stood out. Had an amazing personality with a lot of love, a desire to help and a power of giving that only grew day by day. From January 2001, Yaniv volunteered in his spare time to the police with great love. On 1 Tamuz, July 1, 2003, Yaniv was killed in the Revadim area while serving as a volunteer in the police force, and was buried in the cemetery in Rishon Letzion, leaving a wife – Orit, daughter, son and parents and siblings. “There are no words that can describe the pain, loss and longing for Yaniv. A good soul – everyone will testify. One thing is clear – that every moment without him is a nightmare that never ends. Loving and always loved, and forever we will not forget.”
