David, Mordechai-Mendel

Son of Efraim and Shprintza. He was born on April 12, 1931 in Jassy, ​​Romania. He completed his studies at five elementary schools in his hometown. His parents were killed by the Nazis in Romania and after Mordecai spent two years in a children’s institution of Hashomer Hatzair, he immigrated to Israel in 1948. He was a dairy farmer and a member of a youth organization and later in the “Levana” organization. He was drafted into the IDF for Nahal service in July 1950, and a year later, on 25 July 1952, died of the disease. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Haifa. He put down a wife.
