David, Irit (Iris)


Daughter of Sarah and Abraham. She was born on August 2, 1966 in Kiryat Malachi. She is the seventh daughter of a family of 8 children. Irit studied at the Shapira Elementary School in Kiryat Malachi and went on to the junior high school and the Makif-General high school. During her free time, Irit was active in various circles in the youth center. Prior to her enlistment, the municipality moved to a pre-military cadre course and at the end of January 1984 she was recruited for compulsory military service. She was transferred to basic training and was sent to serve as an auxiliary force at the Golan Medical Center, where Irit joined the unit very quickly and found great interest and satisfaction in her nursing work. Rabbah performs her role in the best possible way. ” Irit wanted to move forward in her nursing job and go to a paramedics course and was ready to sign for additional regular service if she was required. The commander recommended that she accept her request and wrote: “Irit is a good soldier without any disciplinary problems and works well with the team.” Due to economic distress in her family, Irit wanted to serve close to her parents’ home. Her special request was received. She was assigned to the air force, at a base near her home, and was well integrated into her new service. She was buried in a military cemetery in the village of Warburg, and was survived by her parents, four sisters – Haviva, Yehudit, Dvora and Kochba (12.1.1986).
