Danziger-Kron, Yechiel


Son of Esther and Jacob, was born on November 6, 1927, in the city of Vitan on the Ruhr River, Germany. In 1934 he immigrated to Israel with his parents. His parents settled in Rishon Letzion and he completed an elementary school there and continued his studies at the English College in Jerusalem. Yechiel stood in the London matriculation exam and in external examinations at Oxford University in Jerusalem College. Where he met the progressive Arab youth and often held a heated argument with them and defended his Jewish friends, who in every dispute between them and their Arab friends or between them and their teachers asked his advice.
