Ben Miriam and Isaac. David was born in Kiryat Shmona on April 4, 1955. In 1979, David married Smadar and they established their home in Kiryat Shmona, where they had four children: Eyal, Yaniv, Shai and Adi, in May 1984. David enlisted in the Israel Police and served as a patrolman, and quickly moved up the ranks and became head of the Guard, then served as a detective in the Investigations Unit, and in 1994 David was appointed intelligence coordinator. As part of his work, David took part in various activities: drug discovery, evacuation of the injured from car accidents and the capture of robbers and pooh David performed as a policeman who contributed greatly to others, beyond the framework of his position, and received the admiration and sympathy of the residents of the city.In 1997, while doing his job, David suffered a work accident that caused damage to his spine and he was forced To undergo a series of surgeries, but despite his difficult illness, he continued his work and tried to fulfill his duties fully, faithfully and conscientiously.Modern Sergeant David died of cardiac arrest on October 8, 1999, during a recovery from a back surgery. He was buried in the Kiryat Shmona cemetery. David passed on his legacy to his children, all four of them continued to enlist in the Israel Police.
