Dahan, Eliyahu

Ben Yosef and Aliza. He was born on April 14, 1933, in Algiers. He studied at the French elementary school. He immigrated to Israel with his parents in 1949. He was a construction worker and supported his parents. His devotion to his family and friends was exemplary. He was drafted into the IDF in April 1952. On the 5th of Av 5712 (5.8.1952), he fell in the line of duty and was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Afula.
