Son of Dennis and Meir, was born on 26.2.1962 in Kiryat Malachi. Moti was three and a half years old when his father was killed in a car accident, and the burden of supporting the family fell on his mother. He grew up in Kiryat Malachi, in elementary school and in high school. He joined the Nahal Leket group, which was founded to establish Kibbutz Tuval in the Galilee, where he was elected Chairman of the Student Council, and in this position he demonstrated leadership ability and the ability to cope with difficulties and challenges. He devoted his time to guiding youth, as part of the Scouts movement, and as a guide he had a great influence on his young apprentices in his love of his homeland and his willingness to help others and stand on the weaker side. Moti was interested in the art of cinema and joined the cinema circle, loved music and worked in various sports.
