Cohen, Yigal


Son of Zechariah HaKohen and Sarah. He was born on October 4, 1949 in Tel Aviv. He attended the Brenner elementary school in the city. He was a boy full of joy and love for life, and knew how to treat his parents with great respect. Yigal was drafted into the IDF in mid-November 1967 and assigned to the Armored Corps, who knew how difficult it would be to serve in this corps and knew that he would need courage, cleverness and strong willpower.
