Son of Avraham (HaKohen) and Leah. He was born on August 8, 1947 in Algiers. Immigrated to Israel with his family in 1947. He studied at the Beit Yaakov religious elementary school in Jerusalem. Afterward, he continued his studies in a yeshiva in Hadera and completed his studies in the framework of evening studies at the Geva High School. While working in high school, Yehuda worked as a clerk in various places. Yehuda was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in August 1965. After completing his basic training, he volunteered in various professional courses and was assigned to an Intelligence Unit in the south of the country, where he participated in the battles of Mount Scopus, For three more years, and he advanced very quickly in the professional ranking and the rank ladder, and received the full appreciation of his commanders. Although during his service he came in contact with a small number of people, he stood out in the unit and was familiar to many. He was disciplined, quiet, welcoming to every soldier, devoted to his work and ready for every effort. In his desire to help everyone he was loved and loved by all his fellow soldiers. He performed his work and his various roles in exemplary fashion. “In 1969, Yehuda married Anita, who moved to Kiryat Yovel in Jerusalem and built their home there, and every year he was called for periods of active reserve service and took part in the Yom Kippur War. On May 4, 1974, Yehuda fell to the military cemetery at Mount Herzl in Jerusalem, leaving behind a wife, son and daughter, parents, brothers and sisters, and his family donated holy books to the house And helped establish a holy hall for a Torah scroll in memory of Yehuda.
