Cohen (Selek), Jacob

Jacob, son of Avraham and Rina Cohen, was born on December 30, 1938 in Alexandria, Egypt, and he immigrated to Israel in 1954. He belonged to the Hanoar Haoved movement, loved sports and played the flute. In November 1956, he was drafted into the IDF and during the course of his duties, on the 23r of Tishrei 5710 (October 7, 1958), he fell and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Nahariya
