Cohen-Nov, Ohad

Ohad, son of Chaya and Doron Cohen-Nov, was born in Moshav Mazor in the Modi’in region on April 23, 1982. Ohad was recruited on January 10, 2001. He joined the Israel Air Force, completed an aviation course and after completing compulsory military service continued to serve as a pilot. Ohad lived his wife Shachar in the Tali camp, the family housing near the base where he served, near Mitzpeh Ramon. In 2014, his daughter Omer was born. Major Ohad fell in operational activity on Tuesday, October 5, 2016. Thirty-four years old, he was brought to eternal rest in Moshav Mazor, leaving a wife and daughter, parents and two sisters.
