Cohen, Moshe


Was born in Kiryat Motzkin on September 26, 1963. Afterward, he studied at “Raananim” in Zichron Yaakov, and continued to study at the “Mappen” in Petach Tikvah, where he loved to draw and ride He loved nature and life, and never loved wars, and Moshe began to work as a mechanic in Haifa Bay in October 1981, when Moshe enlisted in the IDF and served in the infantry brigade. He underwent basic training in April 1982, took a course in truck drivers and was promoted to Corporal Moshe fought in the Peace for Galilee War, and in January 1983 he took a parachute training course on April 4, 1984. He was laid to rest in the Tzur Shalom cemetery near Kiryat Motzkin. He left behind his parents, two brothers and two sisters. The commander of his unit wrote in a letter of condolence to his family: “Moshe’s death sent us all sadness and grief, and he served in the unit as a driver and a fighter, and in this framework he worked day and night to carry out all the tasks he was assigned on a routine basis. To his friends, may his memory be blessed “
