Cohen, Moshe
Son of Aharon and Mercedes. He was born on December 18, 1957 in Spain. He immigrated to Israel with his family in 1970. He attended elementary school in his hometown. Upon his arrival in Israel, he continued his studies at the Remez Elementary School in Rishon LeZion, where he studied at the “Branch of Life” school in Jerusalem and completed his studies in the carpentry high school in Kfar Batya. In a vocational training school in Holon. He was a pleasant, gentle, withdrawn boy. He devoted many hours of his free time to family life – to conversations and games with his brothers and sisters, and to helping his parents. Educated in a traditional family, Moshe grew up and became a believing boy who was meticulous in observing the commandments. Moshe was drafted into the IDF in August 1976. After a few days in the absorption center, he was sent to basic training, and in the short period of time that his commanders knew, they were able to stand up for his dedication and responsibility and on the third of Elul 5736 (28.8.1976) , About three weeks after his enlistment, Moshe fell during his service. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Holon
