Cohen, Moshe


Son of Reuven and Malka. He was born on December 21, 1929 in Petah Tikva. He completed his studies at the Netzach Israel elementary school there. Afterward he studied for two years in Kibbutz Alonim and was considered one of the gifted trainees. He excelled in his studies and was able to express his brotherhood to each and every person in his writings. He was loved by society because of his good health, but because of his health he had to leave the farm. He volunteered for the IDF in February 1948 and fought on all the hard fronts with great devotion and even was injured several times.Once the war began, a worker in a factory helped to keep his parents alive and fulfilled the duty of reserve duty with precision and dedication until he was injured while carrying out his duties, May 26, 1951, died of his wounds. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
