Cohen, Michael

Son of Menachem and Nayama (Naomi). He was born on the 9th of Shvat, August 9, 1933 in Istanbul, Turkey. He graduated from elementary school there. In 1948 he immigrated to Israel as part of Youth Aliyah and moved to Kibbutz Eilon. Was drafted into the IDF in August 1951. On the 18th of Mershvan, 5711 (November 6, 1952), he fell in the line of duty and was put to rest in the military cemetery in Netanya.
