Cohen, Idan

Son of Ilana and Joseph. Idan was born in Kiryat Shmona on February 17, 1988, a second child to his parents, brother to Aviad, Oren and Noam. He served in the Paratroopers Brigade, and during his service he took an officers’ course. Lieutenant Idan fell during his duties on December 30, 2010. Twenty-two years old. He was laid to rest in the Kiryat Shmona military cemetery. Survived by parents and three brothers. On Idan’s tombstone, his family wrote the verse: “He found favor and good in the eyes of God and man” (Proverbs 3: 4).
