Cohen, Avraham (“Mino”)

Son of Haim (Hacohen) and Mendina. He was born on the 24th of Tevet 5767 (24.12.1936) in Tripoli, Libya, to the family of Ezra Sofer, who immigrated to Israel in 1949. He completed his studies in an elementary school in Ashkelon and a course for counselors in Beit Berl, He was drafted into the IDF in December 1955. He fell on 28 April 1946 while fulfilling his duties and was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery in Ashkelon.
