Cohen, Assaf

Assaf, son of Dina and Mishel Cohen, was born in Yavne on the 20th of Nissan; April 29, 1986. on November 8, 2004, Assaf joined the IDF. He served in the air force and completed an officer’s course while continuing his regular service. During his service, he advanced to Captain. Assaf married Racheli and the couple lived in Lod. Assaf fell during his duties on July 8, 2015. He was twenty-nine when he fell. He was laid to rest in the military section of the cemetery in Yavneh.
