Cohen, Aharon (Ernie)
Born April 1931. In the town of Pazinok, Czechoslovakia, when he was still a child, he was imprisoned in the camps and was found in Bergen-Belsen at the time of the liberation. He immigrated to Eretz Israel in 1946. He joined the “Youth Aliyah” and joined a youth company in Tel Amal, where he was educated and worked in the Ouzia, and joined the Haganah. Palmach in the Negev Brigade. Aharon was among the defenders of Be’erot Yitzhak and fell in battle for the defense of the place during an Egyptian attack on July 15, 1948. He was buried in Barot Yitzhak On 20 October 1950 he was brought to eternal rest in Beit- The military cemetery in Nahalat Yitzhak.
