Chilovsky, Avshalom

Son of Yosef and Herzliya. Members of the Second Aliya; The father was one of the founders of Givat Ada and the Mukhtar of the Moshava for many years. He was born on May 26, 1915, in Zichron Ya’akov. He completed his studies at the Mikveh Israel Agricultural School and worked in agriculture all his life. From the age of 16 he was active in the ranks of the Haganah and participated in various courses during the War of Independence and afterwards he was commander of the Ein-Iron and Kfar Pines region, dedicated to his position and Simcha to fulfill every mission with all his Lev and soul. On the 2 nd of December 1952 and was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery in Givat Ada. He left a wife and three children. A booklet in his memory appeared on the first anniversary of his death at Ein-Iron. The family and the moshav planted a garden in his memory on the tenth anniversary of his death.
