Chico, Eric

Born in Holon on May 3, 1965, Arik studied at the Bialik School in his city, and because of his great love and wonderful skills for painting, Erik wanted to combine his studies with his main hobby, Ort Technikum in Givatayim, in architecture, and Arik graduated with honors. Arik was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in mid-September 1983, and joined the Nahal Brigade. After basic training, which gave him the knowledge and skill to be a soldier and fighter in the IDF, Arik was joined to a Nahal unit. On the 9th of Shvat 5744 (13.1.1984), Erik fell in the line of duty and was put to rest in the military cemetery in Holon, where he left behind his parents and two brothers.
