Chamud, Saleh

Saleh, the son of Tamima and Muhammad Chamud, was born on June 10, 1976, in Beit Jann, a Druze village in the Upper Galilee. On August 7, 1995, Saleh joined the IDF. He served in the Logistics Corp. After completing compulsory military service, he continued to serve in the IDF. Half a year before his release from the army, on October 26, 2014, he fell. He was thirty-eight years old. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Beit Jann. Survived by his pregnant wife, daughter and son, parents, seven brothers and four sisters. After his death his third child was born, and his wife named him after him, Saleh.
