Chai (Ninio), Omer

Omer, son of Orit and Ilan Oved Chai (Ninio), was born on 25.11.1992 in Savyon. On November 24, 2011, Omer joined the IDF and served in the paratroopers’ special combat unit. Omar fell in battle during Operation Tzuk Eitan on 3 Av, July 30, 2014. He was twenty-one years old. He was laid to rest in the military section of the Savyon cemetery. Survived by his parents, sister and two brothers.
